From Traditional to Digital

This is the project that I have been working on for the past week. I’ve been trying to replicate the traditional media that I normally use in my digital program. For the most part it came along nicely, but it does help to use method I chose. For example, first I chose one colored picture, and then tried to recreate it using the traditional method. As I went through, I took notice of how my tools worked, and then when I moved to the digital media I made a custom tool that acts like the one I used physically.

It does help to have a program that allows you to do some cool changes in the controls to make a custom brush, like mine does, but software isn’t everything. Experience in the art field, and how much time you spend doing art will give you the real advantage. Photoshop is another alternative if you have it. There are cheaper version out there if you don’t.

Yah, I can be pretty confusing sometimes, but maybe a youtube channel could help with that. If you think that would be a good idea, or even if there is a picture you would like me to replicate for you, please send me a comment!
